Ann Arbor Thanksgiving Turkey Trot, Ann Arbor, MI

One of the things I love about Ann Arbor is how active and healthy the city is, even during the winter. Amazing! If you are looking for a fun way to get a little exercise in before the big feast, you may want to consider the Ann Arbor Turkey Trot. Families are welcome and it promises to be a fun event for all!

Tot Trot - 8:15 AM    For children ages 0 to 10
Turkey Trot - 8:30 AM   For trotters of all ages
WHO?:
- This race is for everyone looking to get into the holiday spirit. Wear your ugly sweaters.  Dress like a turkey!  Have fun with it. 
- Bring the kids!  Children 2 and younger are free.
- Strollers are welcome.
- Dogs are not permitted this year.
WHAT'S HAPPENING?
New Course.  We've moved the TT to downtown Ann Arbor.  Making room for all of you trotters.  Starting on  E. Liberty and S. Fifth Ave and running down Main Street to the U of M stadium then back up to the finish for a great post race party. 
Tom Turkey and Santa will be there for the kids.  Bring the Cameras.  Santa will be waiting for them in his new house.
Wear your Ugliest Sweater for the "UGLY Sweater" contest.  Winner will receive a gift certificate for an entire meal from Busches.
Hats, bells and more for all.  Get into the holiday spirit.
Hot chocolate on the course and at the finish line. 
Pies!  Pies! and More Pies!   Random drawing for the pie give away.  We'll be giving away over 50 pies again this year.
TIMING:
This event will not be timed.  We want you to just have fun.

Registration: Online registration closes November 25nd -  Late registration, Wednesday November 27, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Running Fit, 5700 Jackson Rd.
